EscapeBPO ("we," "us") is an independent, Philippines-focused project. We are not yet a registered business entity. This policy will be updated with our registered business name and details once formalized.
Right now, the only personal data we collect is what you give us when you join the free community: your email address, and anything you choose to share in the community itself.
We do not currently process payments, so we do not collect or store payment details, GCash/Maya account numbers, or card information. Once a paid tier goes live through a licensed payment partner, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what payment data is collected and by whom (the payment processor, not us directly, in most cases).
We use your email to send the newsletter and community updates you signed up for, and to contact you about EscapeBPO offerings. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data.
